Domestic orders are shipped via USPS first-class mail, which typically takes 1-3 business days to arrive to its destination. Please keep in mind, these are estimates and actual shipping times may vary based on your location. Please allow up to 7 days for domestic delivery. Holidays, weather, and other factors out of our control may affect shipping times.
If you did not receive an order number and your card was charged, it is likely the order was not processed.
The charge may be showing up on your account as a pending transaction, not a posted transaction. This means our payment processor declined the payment (see above section for info on decined cards). Banks will reflect the attempted payment as a temporary authorization hold. When your bank settles your recent transactions, they will see the declined payment and lift the temporary authorization hold, which will release the funds back into your account. Your bank controls this authorization hold, so you will need to contact them if you have any further questions. Typically, the hold is cleared in about 3 business days.
